How To Spot A Player

Been reading this Seventeen Mag for a few days now and i was kind of amused with the articles that i’ve read in it, some of which i want to share here with you. There’s a lot of them but let me start sharing this one. I know there are a lot of these kind of species everywhere so here it is to give you some hints.

He’s super-smooth but guaranteed to break your heart. Here are the telltale signs that he’s Mr. Wrong.

The Gaze. When no one else is around, a skilled player may look you in the eyes as if you’re the only girl to walk the face of the earth. But in a crowd, he is always scanning the room for his next conquest.

The Gimmick. Having two cell phones. “The homeboy phone” + “the girlfriend phone” = one sketchy calling plan.

The schedule. Players don’t work around yours — they expect you to be available when it works for them (even at a moment’s notice).

The entourage. That guy in the corner of a party with a gaggle of girls around him? ‘Nuff said!

Matchbox Gifts for Yogi

Here are the matchboxes that came along with that remote-controlled car that my son, Yogi received as gifts from his Tito Con. He got these during his 4th birthday but these came a month late. No problem though, it’s better late than never, right? Besides, my son was still overjoyed upon receiving these. That’s just so thoughtful of his Tito to give him such.

My Son's Remote-Controlled Car

My son got this as a gift from his Tito Con. Five match boxes came along with this. My son was overjoyed upon receiving this. He got this April last year. This is actually a remote-controlled car but at present, this is no more a remote-controlled. My son had it “car washed” (that’s how he calls it) so as expected, it was damaged. It no longer functions but then again, my son still enjoys it as much as he enjoys it before. He just uses his hands this time though. Hehe.

Sarangani Highlands

Look at the surroundings, look at those beautiful plants, look at the view. Aren’t they awesome? This is the beauty that Sarangani Highlands brings. It is a restaurant located on top of a hill and overlooking the Sarangani Bay. This is where those Cacti and Bonsai were located. My niece took these pictures while some of us were still having our lunch.

That day was really memorable and every moment we spent on that place is still very clear to me, as in crystal clear. Hehe. Perhaps you might check out the place if you happen to visit Sarangani Province here in Mindanao, Philippines. You would love the place like we did, for sure. It is very calm, quiet and very relaxing. You get to breathe fresh air too coming from the bay. You would surely go back to the place from time to time once you’ve seen it, like us.
