He Has Excellent Taste

I was so happy to hear from my fiancé that he has already seen three rugs that we’ll get for our living room, dining room and bedroom. He still has to take a photo of them to show to me because he wants me to see them first before he purchases them. He wants my opinion since, as per him, it will be for our home sweet home.

I don’t really mind if he buys them even before showing them to me for I definitely trust his decisions. He can be picky like me too and he won’t settle for anything less than the best, so, that being said, he definitely is good when it comes to choosing things and that refers to anything, especially his choice of a fiancée. Getting the Job Done

It could have been another day of long talk on Skype for me and my fiancé but he had to go to bed early because he’ll be leaving for work early tomorrow. They are having some major problems at work and they need to fix them ASAP before the big bosses arrive. They need to be fixed since the production of the industrial products they manufacture is being hampered because the equipment they will be repairing has slowed down their ability to complete their orders in a timely fashion. Needless to say, it should be done before anything else is affected.

I do understand the nature of my fiancés job so it’s okay if we don’t get to talk like we usually do. We still have a lot of time ahead of us anyway.

You Can’t Please Everybody

It could be considered an overused cliche’ but what can I say? It is definitely true. I just couldn’t put the details here for I don’t think it would be appropriate. The individual who ain’t please with me will not be able to read this anyway. How I wish that earthling could read this though. I can send him the permalink if I like. LOL.

Nah, I’m not going to do that. I have nothing against that person. I’m just kind of wondering how come he ignored my friend request. Haha. You might think  it’s so petty, huh? Not for me for he is somebody I so wish to know and get close to because soon enough, he would be part of my life too. Maybe he’s still shy with me. Well, I do hope that’s the only reason. I still don’t know his reasons. Maybe I’ll ask him one day. If I’ll get the guts to do that, that is. Maybe you can just wish me luck. Wooot!

Get It Done Kind of Guy

Renovation has started at the home of my fiancé. Yep, he’s renovating and hopefully he’ll be done by the time of my arrival. It’s his goal – to have the place ready for us because he says it definitely needs fixing up. He hasn’t thought of it before since he’s been alone there for quite some time.

He started on the bedrooms last week. His goal this week is to clean the walls so he can repaint them. Then everything else follows: he’ll start at the main house first and his last stop will be the garage. The garage flooring needs repair and the walls and ceiling need repainting too. He still has a lot to do and he’s hoping that all will be good-to-go by the time of our arrival.

A Different Month, But the Same ‘Ol Problem

I’m so happy that my monthly cycle is finally over. It has not been normal the last two months and though I’ve always been irregular, still it kind of worries me because I usually have it only five days, but this month it lasted ten days. I actually thought it wasn’t going to ever end. Vampires would surely not be happy with me because I don’t have that much blood left. LOL.

But I’m glad it’s over. The only problem I’m going to face now is to get rid of this acne that always occurs during my monthly cycle. I guess I’ll get some tea tree oil for acne to help rid me of them ASAP. If I don’t, I may end up looking as scary as a vampire!

We’re All Products of our Environment

CFS or Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a condition that causes extreme tiredness. People with CFS have debilitating fatigue that lasts for six months or longer. They also have many other symptoms. Some of these are pain in the joints and muscles, headache and sore throat. CFS does not have a known cause, but appears to result from a combination of factors.

I’ve been hearing my fiancé complaining of being tired almost everyday and it worried me that he might have CFS. I’ve heard about it from family friends before so I browsed about it immediately. I was relieved upon reading the above article, for my fiancé doesn’t have any of those symptoms other than always feeling so tired. I know he’s under a lot of pressure at his job because he works long hours. Plus, the stress he’s had to deal with in regard to his mother’s declining health over the past few months and her recent passing has took its toll. But he’s tough, I know – emotionally and physically. However, he’s only human, and subject to the trials life puts in his plate. There’s always a multivitamin to the rescue, though, and he takes his faithfully and he’s always good to go and ready to face any tigers that await him.

I salute you, Honey! Keep on keeping on, and soon we’ll be together and face it all as a team.

The Eyes Tell the Story

After about a month of problems, my fiancé and I are finally able to talk on Skype again. The reason behind not having done it lately was, first, his PC was having problems for almost two weeks. And when he got his his PC fixed, it was our PC here that got problems. Would you call that coincidence or merely bad luck? Or maybe even a conspiracy!

Anyhow, what’s important is we get to Skype again and we were both able to see each other’s faces again, including those tired and sleepy eyes that seems to need an eye cream; sleepy eyes for me, or bedroom eyes as he likes to call ‘em. Isn’t that cute? LOL.
