Is It Christmas Yet?!

My fiancé is totally aware of my eagerness or, if I may say, my itchiness to have a laptop. I’ve always wanted one because the two PCs we have here at home are my dad’s and they are used for the family business, so I can’t use them as much as I want to. My fiancé knows how difficult it is for me at times to do my online tasks, especially if both the PCs are busy, so he promised that he will buy me a laptop soon – one with a 3 year laptop warranty. He specifically said that because he says not all offer such a good warranty. Isn’t he clever? Good boy, Honey.

Anyway, I still don’t know when he’s going to buy me one. Maybe he’ll be my Santa Claus and buy me one for Christmas. He keeps his promises, so I’ll be patient because I know he’ll be keeping a list and checking it twice, to see if I’ve been naughty or nice, and I’m always a good li’l girl…(“,)

Just Make Up Your Mind, Honey

If things will fall into place the way we want it to, my fiancé will be choosing from a selection of mens ties to wear to my brother’s wedding in November. The attire will be strictly formal and though the entourage will be wearing Barong Tagalog – the Filipino formal wear for men, my fiancé prefers to wear his coat and tie since that’s what he’s used to wearing in his country. He did actually think of wearing Barong too, but changed his mind. He can be fickle, you know. But the wedding is still five months away so maybe he will still change his mind in time. If he’s not shopped for a men’s tie yet, that is.

My Blogging Buddy

One month more to go and my fiancé and I will celebrate his one year anniversary as my co-author on the blog that I created for the two of us. I can still remember that day when I asked him if he’s willing to blog and be my co-author and he said yes and never had second thoughts. He had been very vocal about admiring my being a blogger but he never thought that I would ask him to join me. It was a surprise for him but he was really delighted.

It was July last year when he did his first post on our blog and I’ve already lost track of the number of posts he has written – informative and interesting posts which I always look forward to reading. And though he hasn’t done one in a few weeks because of his busy schedule, knowing him, I know he will do one in time as soon as time will allow him.

I Can Hardly Wait!

I know that nothing is certain yet whether my fiancé and I will have our wedding this year but we’ve certainly been talking about it a lot. And of course, that’s not all we’ve talked about: our honeymoon has been the second most discussed topic, like where we will go and how we want it to be a special time of forever memories.

New York City is one of his most favorite places to visit and he’s spoke of having our honeymoon there. I really find that great because the Big Apple is one of the many places that I would love to see. He’s also kidded that he’ll get me some nice, special lingerie fitting the occasion of a honeymoon – not the plus size lingerie for I am petite and skinny, but some that he knows I would like and would look good on me. Isn’t he sweet? Now I’m daydreaming. But then, it seems as if my fiancé has some daydreams of his own, huh? Hehe.

Not Feeling Good

I feel tired, I feel lazy and not feeling totally good at all today. I was thinking that maybe I just need some vitamins. I took one with iron this morning since that’s all I’ve got but nothing changed. I still feel the same.

I think I was just exhausted with yesterday’s activities. It was the first day of classes yesterday and instead of just taking my son to school, I waited there for him for three hours because he didn’t want me to leave. So I had to stay and just sat at the bench located near the entrance gate and feeling all the heat of the sun as well as the wind touching my skin. There was a shade in that area of course but still, it was so hot.

I hope I would feel a lot better today after having taken a few minute nap earlier. I needed it so much and glad I had it.
