It’s Everspring in His Heart

My hubby and I shared a blog. I invited him to be my co-author during the time that he was still my boyfriend. I never thought of having an author until I learned that he is into writing too and how good he is at it. He writes for their company’s newsletter and aside from that, he has started writing novels that he hasn’t finished yet as well as created numerous poems. There’s a poet in him and his being poetic is one of the reasons actually that he captured my heart. First time that I have met such a man and it is something that I really found so romantic. He’s one of a kind, really!

Anyway, I was reading his blog posts yesterday on our blog, all of them including the ones he had written last year. He wrote about the spring of last year and had included a poem that he had created, spring being his inspiration. The end of the poem says… it is everspring in my heart… and reading that line reminded me of that time when he told me that line and shared with me the poem. That’s how romantic he can get.

Anghel o’ Mine

I got a nice surprise waiting for me in my inbox once again today and here it is. I would love to share it with you all because I want the whole world to know how poetic my fiance’ can be.

Here’s another poem that he wrote for me. This is the fourth poem that he has written and I think there are more coming. Knowing him, I know this will not be the last.

Anghel o’ mine
You are so fine
A silver light
That shines the way
Every day
And led me from the night
If not for you
I would be blue
Wandering alone
But with you by my side
From life I won’t hide
Because my loneliness is gone

Lovely, isn’t it? (“,)

A Valentine’s Day Ode to My Anghel

A poem created for me by my fiance’ or Big Angel on Valentine’s Day which was entitled “A Valentine’s Day Ode to My Anghel.”  Such a sweet gesture that simply made my day. Read on…

A rose is a rose
By any name
And that’s what Lynndee be
For no matter the miles and time between us
That’s what she is to me

A rose of grace and beauty
One that is so rare
I send joy and love today
To the flower whose fragrance
Still fills my air

Please continue being poetic, Honey because I just love it! (“,)
