I was worried and anxious about it from the start. But you know what? After all these time, I’ve figured that I worried over nothing. Everything was just perfect and everything just fell into place the way we’ve wanted it. I’ve also realized that there were reasons behind those dusty roads that we’ve gone through. Because if not for those, we couldn’t have had the things we’ve wished for.

I am talking about the journey that my fiance’ and I have embarked ourselves into. It wasn’t at all easy because of the problems we’ve encountered but those problems were meant to happen because if they didn’t, we wouldn’t have gotten the wishes we so wish for. Everything just came at the right time and at the right place. It’s such a blessing and God did hear our prayers! God is good all the time!

…and counting. Yes, it’s already been a year and seven months since we embarked on this journey. It was on the 25th to be exact and on that special day, this sweet e-card was waiting for me in my e-mail inbox. We call each other angel. Me being his little angel and him my big angel. Call it cheesy or sappy but what can I say? We love being that way. So, just let us be, okay? Hee hee.

I am referring to my fiance’ who’s been recapping what transpired a year ago today since August 23rd when he was here for a 16 day vacation to visit and see me. From today, there are still five days left since we parted from that vacation – when he left to go back to his country. So, I am still expecting five days of reminiscing which I really love doing. He’s the type who goes into details too so his email is such a feel-good to read because of that.

I must admit, his memory is very much sharper than mine when in fact I am much younger than his. Shame on me! LOL. Well, at least I have him to remind me all the time, right which makes us a perfect match. (“,)

Way to go, Honey!

There’s a joke that’s going around that says, “A person is in love when he/she gets pimples”. But if it gets worse where your face is almost covered with acne, does that mean it’s not love anymore? If so, the best thing to do would be to get the best treatment for adult acne and then start looking for a new paramour. Hehe.

I’ve heard that joke all throughout my life and I do wonder where did that joke originate. Not in my fiancés country for sure because he never heard it before. Must be that it originated here in our country, but I wonder who made it up? That, I have to find out! Hee hee. My fiancé finds it amusing though and so do I. (“,)

LDR, a long distance relationship, is not at all easy. I can definitely say that for I am in an LDR now. My fiancé and I just have to keep ourselves satisfied with the phone calls, chats and emails and that’s all we can do at the moment. As much as we try to be patient, sometimes it is just not simple and we admit that we do both get impatient. So impatient that it creates a spark between us. But not a spark that could destroy our new-found hopes. We see to it that it won’t affect us in any way other than strengthening our bond. The distance just affects our moods at times because aside from dealing with the patience thingy, we do have certain problems that we have to deal with in our every day life, for life must go on until we reach our goal of being together.

Oh well, I am being sentimental now; ’nuff said about that. Maybe I’ll do some research about maxoderm which my fiancé was curious about. Seems to me that he’s being sentimental about the future in his own sparky way…(“,)

At her young age of early 20’s, she’s been through a lot already, emotional wise. That’s why we couldn’t hide our happiness when we found out that her life is full of love again. She definitely deserves it for all she wanted was to be happy and to make someone happy too. But things just didn’t go her way before. It’s too early to tell though about her current status if it’s already the real thing since the relationship is still a baby, but what’s important is they are both happy and that they are enjoying each other’s company.

It has been six months now since I got engaged but whenever I look at this picture or look at the ring on my finger, it all seems like yesterday when my BA proposed to me. But he was able to give me this ring the following day already because we still had to look for one.

We searched for jewelry stores and after the fourth store, we finally found this, simple but nice. But I didn’t wear it right then because my BA told me so. Little did I know that he has something in his mind.

We watched a movie after buying the ring and hang out at a coffee shop afterward. That was when he took my hands and then he slid the ring on my finger and take note!… on bended knee! That took me by surprise and I was really nervous too. Whew! But that was indeed memorable! (“,)
